These Terms & Conditions apply to any AI-assisted creative production service ordered from CREO (Georgio Fawaz) through creoproduction.com: images, reels, campaign films, AI model creation, and associated visual direction.
CREO offers three service tiers: Organic Engine, Performance Engine, and Partner System, with full details (volumes and pricing) shown on the site's pricing page. Prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT (HT); applicable VAT is added at the rate in force at the time of invoicing. Any work outside these tiers is quoted separately.
An order is confirmed after a discussion of the creative brief (via the site's form or a scoping call) and payment of a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final files. Work begins once the complete brief and any required reference visuals are received.
Standard production turnaround is 48 to 72 business hours from brief and visual-direction sign-off. This timeline may shift if revisions are requested or if information is missing on the client's side.
Each tier includes 2 rounds of revisions. Revisions beyond that number may be billed separately.
Delivered visuals are assigned to the client for commercial use upon full payment for the service. CREO reserves the right to display deliverables in its portfolio, unless a signed confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Retainer engagements (Organic Engine, Performance Engine, Partner System) run month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of the current month's payment; any work already in progress at the time of cancellation will be completed and delivered.
CREO commits to producing deliverables that match the approved brief. CREO cannot be held liable for use of deliverables that infringes on third-party rights the client failed to flag (trademarks, likeness, intellectual property in references supplied by the client).
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
