When you fill out the contact form, we collect: your brand name, your email address, your Instagram handle (optional), and the services you're interested in. This information is used only to respond to your request and prepare a scoping call.
Data is used to: respond to brief requests, schedule calls via Calendly, and follow up on your project. No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages and campaigns work. These tools only activate after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. See our cookie policy for details.
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Email is managed via Microsoft 365. Scheduling runs through Calendly. Each of these providers acts as a data sub-processor under GDPR for the data it processes on our behalf.
Data from the contact form is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then for up to 3 years from your last contact with us for follow-up purposes, unless you request deletion sooner.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to hello@creoproduction.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
